Springs are designed such that they do not lose their properties while working continuously for specified number of operations.

These machines are offered in various models depending on range of Spring configuration to be tested.

We have two basic different models of Endurance testing machine:

  • For checking springs for number of operations till spring reaches its fatigue value.
  • PLC Programmable based machines in which a preset value of load can be fed and once spring load goes below set value the machine will stop. These machines are well equipped with load cell capable of counting load at each compression of spring. Machine also has an optional facility of synchronisation with your computer to record the values during test.
